A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Acts, such as Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Acts of Arranging, etc.”), the Defendant advertised the above commercial sex acts in the Internet site “H, etc. while operating a commercial sex acts in the name of “G” from the early police officer of December 2, 2016 to the police officer of March 2, 2017, from March 17, 2017, 506 and 502 located in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-gu E-gu from the police officer of March 2017 to April 17, 2017, and arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees, such as B, purchase of sex and sexual intercourse.

(b) No person who violates the telecommunications business shall use the telecommunications service provided to a mobile communications terminal device in the name of another person, on condition that he/she provides funds.

Nevertheless, around February 2017, the Defendant paid KRW 190,000 to the name influor who became aware of through the Internet site in the vicinity of the mix-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and purchased one chip which is opened under the name of the Defendant and used it to attach it to the mobile phone terminal.

2. Defendant B, on April 17, 2017, received money from a male infel 502 located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E Ma, and engaged in sexual intercourse over several occasions by inserting the name of the Defendant’s sexual organ into the Defendant’s sexual organ. From February 1, 2017 to March 10, 2017, Defendant B, from April 10, 2017 to April 17, 2017, had been paid KRW 200,00 from the male infel 10,000 to 20,000 won in accordance with the course, and engaged in sexual intercourse on an average of twice a day.
