2. The fact that the judgment is against the defendant and the defendant does not repeat the crime, and the fact that the defendant does not have the same past is favorable.

However, in light of the method of the crime of this case and the amount of fraud, it is disadvantageous to the fact that the crime of this case is inferior and that the damage recovery has not been made to the victim.

In full view of the above circumstances, such as the character, conduct, environment, etc. of the defendant, the punishment imposed by the court below cannot be deemed to be unfair because the punishment imposed by the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the above argument by the defendant is without merit.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
