1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,800,000 won and 5% per annum from April 21, 2016 to May 27, 2017.
Reasons
1. On May 12, 2014, the Plaintiff indicated the claim, sold to Defendant B the purchase price, and Defendant C demanded the purchase price for the uniforms jointly and severally guaranteed by Defendant C.
2. Applicable provisions;
(a) Defendant B: Judgment on deemed as white (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment through service by public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
