A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2020 Godan 203,” is a person who operates a steel structure manufacturer in the name of “J” from Gyeongnam-gun I.

1. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ a person having no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on September 1, 2019 to October 28, 2019, employed Vietnam, who does not have the status of stay eligible for job-seeking activities, as indicated in the following table, to pay KRW 14,000 in the Si’s rate from September 1, 2019 to October 28, 2019, and employed a person who does not have the status of stay eligible for job-seeking activities of 12 persons from August 1, 2019 to October 28, 2019.

2. An employer who violates the Labor Standards Act shall, when a worker dies or retires, pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;

Provided, That in special circumstances, the payment deadline may be extended by an agreement between the parties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant served in the above workplace from July 25, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and served in the above workplace and served in W’s wage 4 November 2019.
