A shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won, and by a fine of 200,000 won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

On February 20, 2013, from around 00:30 to 01:10 on the same day, the Defendants, along with C, used 52 copies of the card in E-gu located in D at the time of residence from around 00:0 to around 01:10 on February 20, 201, and used 1,000 won at 1,000 to 3,000 won at one time, and 20 times thereafter, called “hululh”.
