Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On May 30, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle C, without a driver’s license, with a section of about 10 Kmp from the front of the dwelling site B, Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, to the front of the entrance of 660 o-ro, gold-ro, gold-ro, 660 o-ro.
