1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 96,00,000 and the Defendants B from December 23, 2008 to December 27, 2016.
1. On March 22, 2006, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 100,000,000 to Defendant B with the due date set on May 22, 2006, and Defendant C guaranteed this.
Since Defendant B paid to the Plaintiff KRW 4,00,000,000 in total, around August 22, 2008, around September 22, 2008, around November 22, 2008, around November 22, 2008, and around December 22, 2008, and did not pay the said debt amount, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the same money as the written order.
