However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Before December 13, 2012, G accepted E on April 2013, when entering into a check contract with the same branch of the Cmat Bank from around December 13, 2012.

Around May 1, 2013, G proposed that “H will commission a representative director under the name of the body with a monthly salary of 2 million won.” He approved this and then entered into a contract for the check in his own name at the same branch of the Cmat Bank located in the Republic of Korea Cmat Bank.

G and H made a non-prosecution disposition of suspension of indictment.

Since about 25 years ago, the Defendant talked about the situation to J, i.e., the reason why the financial situation is difficult while engaging in the livestock distribution business in Seoul I, and the J would give the Defendant a means to raise funds by issuing the check in the name of “G E operated.”

“Before May 26, 2013, the Defendant, along with J, received the title plates of E representative director, seal imprints, and check papers from G from G via K, the seat of G in the office near the office space in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and thereafter thereafter, the Defendant was entitled to issue the title plates of E.

On June 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) ordered H to receive a check number L or M at the same location of the Korea C&T Bank; (b) on June 11, 2013, the Defendant issued one check at the same location of the Korea C&T Bank; and (c) on October 24, 2013, the Defendant offered the check number “N”, “50,000,000 won at the face value; and (d) on October 24, 2013, the date of issuance, “one check at the same location of the Korea C&C Bank in the name of E” and presented it to the Korea T&C bank on October 24, 2013 during the period for presentation, but did not receive the check due to deposit.
