On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Jeju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeju Prison on May 16, 2015.

1. On July 11, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) the victim’s “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (V, 53 years of age); (b) the victim’s failure to enter the restaurant; and (c) the victim returned to the restaurant site for 10 minutes; and (d) the victim took a bath for the large interest, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

On July 18, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Emergency Medical Service Act obstructed emergency medical treatment, such as first aid, etc., for an emergency patient, by force of emergency medical personnel by avoiding disturbance for about five minutes, on account of the following reasons: (a) the Defendant, who was sent to the G Hospital located in the Jeju-siF and received medical treatment after being transmitted to the hospital at the 119 first-lane in the influence of alcohol; and (b) the doctor in charge (50 years of age), who was a doctor in charge, heard the Defendant’s explanation that the Defendant is not an emergency patient; (c) sees the Defendant; and (d) taking an injection; and (d) taking the victim’s bath that “Is this dog, whether Is are an emergency patient?

At around 04:05 on July 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 2015, the Defendant fluordddddddd the victim I (the age 56) who had fluened drinking at the Jeju Mayang 9-ro 10-gil, and fluened the cing of the said victim with both hand, and fluorddddd the said victim’s chest part by drinking, and fluend the said victim’s chest part by drinking, and fluend the victim’s J (the age 26) and K (the age 27) who continued to restrain this; (b) flud the face part of the victim’s J one time with the blue part by hand; and (c) flud the victim’s chest part by hand.

4. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act on August 23, 2015, on the ground that he/she was drunk from a police officer under his/her jurisdiction in the Southern East-dong Police Station, Jeju-ro, 6 Jeju-do around 23:30.
