On November 28, 2014, at around 07:39, the Defendant driven a B B B B B motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 50 meters in front of the bank village apartment located adjacent to Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
