Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. On April 30, 198, the Plaintiff acquired the Plaintiff’s ownership by purchasing shares of 146/1,346 square meters in F, F, 217 square meters (hereinafter “F land”) and its ground buildings (hereinafter “the instant building”), G, G, 1,280 square meters (hereinafter “pre-divisioned land”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer each of the instant buildings with 146/1,346 square meters (hereinafter “pre-divisioned land”). The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 2, 198 with the Jung-gu District Court of Suyang-dong Branch, Goyang-gu, Seoul District Court No. 10854, F and the instant building on May 2, 1988.

B. On August 30, 2005, the division of the land before subdivision and the transfer of ownership, etc. was divided into H 266 square meters on the land before subdivision. On February 22, 2006, on the land before subdivision, on the land before subdivision, the land before subdivision was divided into a lot number of 204 square meters, J 154 square meters, J 154 square meters, K 82 square meters, L 83 square meters, M 139 square meters, M 139 square meters, N 142 square meters, and O 142 square meters, and the land before subdivision was divided into a lot number of 91 square meters in G Y (hereinafter each “H land”).

2) On February 8, 2006, co-owners of the land before the partition, including the Plaintiff, agreed to own the land partitioned as above solely through the co-owned property partition contract (hereinafter “instant co-owned property partition contract”).

On February 22, 2006, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the instant co-owned land partition contract.

3) On February 22, 2006, P, one of the co-owners of the lands before subdivision, completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the instant co-owned land divided in G prior to subdivision as above. The Defendant purchased the above O land from P on April 19, 2006, and completed the registration of ownership transfer by 85727, receipt on September 19, 2006. The designated parties and Q, purchased R land on April 19, 2006, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to shares on September 1/4, 2006, respectively. On March 10, 2008, S 34 square meters was divided from the above R land to “site” on March 17, 2008. < Amended by Act No. 85727, Apr. 19, 2006>
