A. D had a claim against the Defendant based on the judgment in Busan District Court Decision 2010 Ghana10339 against the Defendant.

B. The Plaintiff acquired the above claim against the Defendant and received the notification of the assignment of claim from the said company, and notified the Defendant of the fact of the assignment of claim through the delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint.

C. The Plaintiff, as a successor to the above company, seeks the grant of execution clause pursuant to Article 33 of the Civil Execution Act.

3. Bearing the costs of lawsuit: Article 100 of the Civil Procedure Act (the costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiff, since it was instituted due to the plaintiff's reasons).
