1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,341,471 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 23, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: The ability to inflict damage on KRW 33,341,471 (the delivery date of a duplicate of the petition - January 22, 2019) by deceiving a plaintiff without any intent and ability to repay to the defendant, by obtaining money from the plaintiff or by allowing the plaintiff to pay interest on loans on a loan basis, from May 9, 2014 to July 2, 2018 (the delivery date of a duplicate of the petition - the delivery date of the petition).
