On January 12, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment in Busan District Court due to the crime of intrusion on a structure, theft, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 18, 2019.

On February 10, 2020, the Defendant, at the department of mental health of a C Hospital located in Nam-gu, Busan, completed hospital treatment due to symptoms, such as mental retardation, etc., and was discharged from the hospital, was in front of the same Gu building, during which the Defendant went to the shop within the building and stolen money.

1. Crimes against victims E;

A. On February 11, 2020, around 11:16, the Defendant entering the building, entering the building through the entrance door of the 1st floor of the building in question, entering the 7th floor of the building, getting up the 7th floor of the building, and leading up to the “F” store managed by the victim E, the Defendant opened an automatic entrance and moved up to the counseling room in the store.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.

B. When the Defendant was aware of the victim E, who had been engaged in the NAt surgery within the NAt shop when and at the date and time stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, he was found to have stolen property in the store, and when he was found to the victim E, he was concealed below the store in the book of the counseling room.

Accordingly, the defendant did not commit a theft of the victim's property, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. Crimes against victims G;

A. On February 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) went from the 7th floor of the above building to the 1st floor through emergency stairs; and (b) in front of the management office managed by the victim G, the head of the building management office, the Defendant went to the office entrance and exit to the office entrance for the purpose of stealing property.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the building managed by the victim.

B. The Defendant, at the date and time stated in paragraph 2(a), took the victim’s wall blicks inside the wall blicks located in the office, and took the victim’s wall blicks inside the victim’s external blicks.
