The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. 공소사실 피고인은 2012. 11. 18. 21:20경 인천 부평구 C여행사 앞 노상에서 D, E 등이 지켜보는 가운데 피고인의 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 인천부평경찰서 F지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 G에게 "야, 너, 빨리 쟤 데리고 경찰서로 가라, 야, 안들리냐 , 씨발놈아, 너는 부모도 없냐, 씨발놈아."라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
