However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B.

1. On July 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.139% under the influence of alcohol around 20:40 on July 26, 2015, and driven the road in front of the D cafeteria located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, along the distance from the distance of driving.

2. The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.139% at the same time and place as the above Paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
