1. Around October 201, the Defendant and C came to know that they worked in the “Bar” near Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D, thereby living together with the Defendant, and through the “Ebmon”, advertisedd as if they were working in the convenience store, and conspired to steal the following cash, collect the ebs transportation card, collect the ebs in cash, and use it by dividing it into monthly rent or daily living expenses.
