2. The costs of retrial shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. 1) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for a claim for restitution of unjust enrichment with the U.S. District Court 2010Da2172, and the said court rendered a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim on March 31, 2011. (2) The Plaintiff appealed against this judgment and appealed with this court 201Na2982, but this court rendered a judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s appeal on December 21, 201 (hereinafter “Review Decision”). The Plaintiff again appealed with the Supreme Court 2012Da10157, but the appeal was dismissed on April 26, 2012.
