As to the instant case, the Court sentenced on January 15, 2015 to “one year and two months of imprisonment” shall be sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 pages.

Reasons

As there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided as per the order by correcting it ex officio pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
