As the provisions on statutory interest rates in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the judgment with no applicable provisions of law (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be recognized only as 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of the copy of the complaint in this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
