2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On December 12, 2014, the Plaintiff was appointed as a patrol officer, and served in the brigade B district of the leisure police station from February 13, 2015 to August 16, 2016, and served in the brigade C police station from August 17, 2016 to May 2, 2017.

B. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant deemed that the Plaintiff violated Articles 56, 57, and 63 of the State Public Officials Act (Duty of Fidelity) due to grounds for disciplinary action as follows, and accordingly, issued a disciplinary measure for dismissal (hereinafter “instant measure”) upon resolution by the General Disciplinary Committee of the Local Police Agency in Jeonnam-do pursuant to Article 78(1)1, 2, and 3 of the State Public Officials Act.

1. Violation of the duty to maintain dignity;

A. Although the Plaintiff married on September 21, 2015, he/she met with D’s room at the Plaintiff’s room at E and F at the time of leisure, from November 2015 to July 2016, 2016, and on June 1 to July 7, 2016, he/she had sexual intercourse with D’s mutual incompetence in G at the time of leisure. (2) On August 10, 2016, the Plaintiff was issued with “refluence” under the suspicion of an unsound sexual intercourse, and was issued with C police box on August 17, 2016, but he/she exchanged and sent the aforementioned disciplinary measure at the time of drinking and drinking.

B. Although the Plaintiff took a sexual harassment from around August 2016, 2016 with I (hereinafter “Disciplinary Reason No. 2”), the Plaintiff appeared to have been receiving sexual harassment on the part of the Plaintiff, rather, from October 2016, on the ground that the Plaintiff appeared to have been receiving the said sexual harassment. From this point to March 2017, the Plaintiff conducted an unsound sexual intercourse system, such as taking hand and breathing or dancing inside I and on the part of the Plaintiff.

The failure of the family by the above spouse A to file a lawsuit for divorce due to each of the above actions.
