A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,00, and by a fine of KRW 500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

A is a person who resides in C, and the victim D is a person who resides below the residence of the defendant A.

1. On January 3, 2019, Defendant A was found for the reason that Defendant A sent text messages to the victim’s floor noise around 16:37 on the same day.
