If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

On August 10, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for a case such as the punishment of sexual crimes and violation of the Act on the Protection, etc. of Victims (special robbery, rape, etc.) at the Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on January 6, 201.

No one shall receive benefits provided for in the National Basic Living Security Act by fraud or other improper means.

On February 9, 2011, the Defendant: (a) was designated as one person to receive a single-person household benefit from around October of the same year; (b) received living benefit and housing benefit from around January 2013 to September 20, 2016; and (c) received monthly average of KRW 800,000 from around January 18, 2013 to around September 20, and (d) obtained a car in the name of the Defendant’s father, which is the business-use vehicle of the said company, in the name of the Defendant’s father; (b) was unable to receive living benefit and housing benefit; or (c) was able to receive differential payment depending on the income; (d) was carried out as if there was no income continuously after notifying the victimized person of the change in the said income and property; and (d) was written on the basis of the payment of KRW 797,640 as living benefit and housing benefit from around January 18, 2013 to around September 30, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained a total of 30,314,830 won from the damaged person as a means of living benefits and housing benefits, and acquired it by fraud or other improper means, and received the same amount of benefits.
