Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On October 23, 2013, the Defendant driven B car from the entrance of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mobroungdong to about 500 meters in front of the exit 19-4 Yong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 19-4, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.10% of blood alcohol concentration around 01:20%.
