1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on April 23, 2017 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim in title trust with the Defendant, who is the final cause, rescinded the title trust on April 23, 2017.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the termination of the above title trust with respect to each of the above real estate to the Plaintiff.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
