A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

3. From December 2011, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (abstinence, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts) caused the said victim D to take advantage of the Internet B’s website “H” and “I”, etc. to have many and unspecified men take advantage of the Internet B’s website and “H, etc., and received KRW 50,000 per hour and used it as living expenses.
On January 2012, the Defendant’s act of doing sexual traffic to the victim at the K Public Notice Hostel located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.
