A. 나. 원고 소유 팰릿의 절취 등 (1) D 등은 원고와 에이제이네트웍스㈜(이하 ‘소외 회사’라 한다.)가 거래업체들에게 임대한 팰릿을 절취하였고, G은 2012. 1.부터 2015. 3.까지 D 등으로부터 위와 같이 절취한 원고와 소외 회사 소유 팰릿을 구입하여 파쇄하였다.
