As a result, the defendant, in collusion with F, exercised the above contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations forged, and at the same time, submitted a forged document as evidentiary materials and applied for the change of status of sojourn in an unlawful way.

2. Crimes related to 304 studio;

A. As a refugee applicant requires a contract for the extension of the status of stay as a refugee, the Defendant: (a) requested the employees of the real estate office to prepare a false lease agreement; and (b) the said employees accepted the agreement.

On October 2017, the Defendant entered “L, Gyeonggi-do Young-si M, 1***** **” in the column of “real estate (studio) monthly rent contract to K 304 in a computer at the request of the Defendant at the real estate office in which it is impossible to know the name of the Defendant in the south-nam Eup at the time of globalization, and then printed out “L, Gyeonggi-do Young-si M, 1*******” in the column of “rent”, and then arbitrarily sealed the seal affixed by the name of the Defendant, and the Defendant stamped the Defendant’s unmanned on the back of the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above employees, forged a Chapter 1 of the monthly rent contract in the name of L, a private document related to rights and obligations without authority.

(b) No person who performs the relevant investigation document or violates the Immigration Control Act shall file an application by unlawful means, such as submitting a forged document, etc. as evidentiary materials in connection with an application for an extension of the period of sojourn, or submitting a false application stating false facts;

On November 2, 2017, the Defendant applied for the extension of the period of stay at the Suwon Immigration Office located in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and is aware of the forgery by attaching one copy of the forged Real Estate Tax Agreement to the application for integration.
