1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 66,00,000 and KRW 16,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on February 14, 200, lent to the defendant the amount of KRW 16 million as of March 30, 200. ② Around January 30, 200, the plaintiff lent the amount of KRW 50 million from around 1999 to January 30, 200 to the defendant, but the plaintiff received a certificate of borrowing from the defendant around June 30, 2001 that the above KRW 50 million will be repaid until July 31, 2001.
