2. After an appeal is filed.

(a) A system for the settlement of sales proceeds of international airline tickets (hereinafter referred to as “BSP”) is a system that manages airline tickets sold by international airline ticket sales agencies through the settlement bank without direct payment with airlines, and that operates the relevant business on behalf of the relevant bank (BSP Bank) in order to simplify the sales proceeds of international airline tickets, i.e., the supply of airline tickets, the ticket sales report, and the settlement of sales proceeds.

The travel agency is a travel agency that has obtained approval from the Association (D) to directly issue airline tickets through BSP and an ATR travel agency that is not entitled to directly issue airline tickets. The travel agency refers to the BSP travel agency. The travel agency is a travel agency that provides a security deposit to the Association (D) and sells the corresponding blank airline tickets (D airline tickets) to the travel agency, and sells them to the travel agency, and then makes a settlement of the price. The travel agency is entitled to autonomously issue all the standard airline tickets of the airline affiliated with the Association (D) through BSP.

B. On June 7, 2017, the Plaintiff’s spouse promised the Plaintiff’s name. On June 18, 2017, around 2018:23, Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”)’s website of Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) promised the instant air ticket (hereinafter “instant air ticket”) to be cancelled for KRW 1,393,90 if the payment is not made by June 8, 2017.

On June 7, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) around 20:14, from Defendant B, the purchase price of the instant airline ticket and the purchase price of the instant airline ticket by proxy for Defendant B, which was caused by the telephone call for the settlement procedure guidance of the instant airline ticket.
