2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established on May 7, 2013 for the purpose of selling sound and vibration exercise equipment and soliciting chain stores. 2) Defendant B is a person representing N (hereinafter “N”) who is a non-governmental organization, and Defendant M (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a domestic terrestrial broadcasting company, and Defendants other than Defendant B and Defendant Company (hereinafter “Defendant C, etc.”) act as an executive of the Plaintiff’s consultative organization director (hereinafter “consultative organization”).

B. A criminal judgment against the Plaintiff was rendered on September 24, 2015. The Plaintiff was convicted of having been sentenced to imprisonment with labor for 12 years, Q, and a fine of KRW 300 million on the grounds that the Plaintiff’s officers and employees, including the Plaintiff’s P and the Plaintiff’s president, Q, etc., were indicted on the violation of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising, etc., on June 18, 2015. On September 24, 2015, the Plaintiff was convicted of having been sentenced to imprisonment with labor for 12 years, imprisonment with labor for Q, for 4 years, and for the Plaintiff to be sentenced to a fine of KRW 300 million (former District Court Decision 2015No802), and both appeal and appeal were dismissed, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 12, 2016.

(A) The number of victims due to the Plaintiff’s act of receiving money without delay is presumed to be KRW 13,00 and KRW 150 billion. The amount of actual damage is presumed to be KRW 10 billion.
