Text
1. The defendant's appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are all dismissed.
2. Costs arising from an appeal and an incidental appeal shall be respectively.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all the defendant's appeal and the plaintiff's incidental appeal are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
