1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is justified, and the defendant's counterclaim is dismissed as there is no reason to do so.
The judgment of the first instance court is just in conclusion, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all appeals on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of the defendant.
