[Criminal record] On October 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and was released on August 14, 2015 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period passed on October 23, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. A person who violates the Automobile Management Act by filing an application for no registration of ownership transfer on May 2014 shall file an application for the registration of ownership transfer with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the day he/she has acquired the registered motor vehicle;

The Defendant, around May 2014, received Crando registered in the name of D or 702 from E as a used vehicle sales broker in the name of KRW 8 million from E, but did not file an application for registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle within 15 days, even though he/she received the Crando in the name of D or 702 from E as a debt repayment of KRW 8 million.

2. The Defendant, from May 2016 to September 30, 2016, was kept in custody a registration number plate attached in front of the Crane car operated by the Defendant from the Seoul Police Station to the Seoul Police Station on early 2016, and the Defendant was willing to attach it to and operate the car by forging it around that time.

A. On May 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, discarded the iron plate in the size of the car registration number plate, and fluorized a white paint in the shape of “C” above, and made a test color plate on a white iron plate by putting the paper in the shape of “C” and putting the paper in the shape of “C” on a test color and melting it in the shape of “C”, thereby making the number plate in the same shape as the previous car registration number plate.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant’s use of forged air defense events are automobiles as if they were duly formed, such as the Defendant’s house before the Defendant’s house at the time indicated in the paragraph (a).
