1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned 1) Defendant B is a school foundation established under the Private School Act and operates the D University. Defendant C is a school foundation established for the purpose of fostering a pastor in accordance with the new structure of E religious organizations and the Constitution. (2) At the time of 2002, the Plaintiff was a student who completed the English and English master’s degree course at D University graduate schools, and was a student who was in the third year at Cology graduate schools.
B. Defendant B held a graduate school committee on July 11, 2002 and decided on the measure of inorganic science against the Plaintiff. The reason was that “the Plaintiff is acting against his student status, and the present situation requires urgent protection from the Plaintiff, so it is necessary to isolate the Plaintiff from the school for a certain period of time.” Defendant B held a graduate school committee on February 1, 2010 and decided the measure of expulsion from school against the Plaintiff. The reason was that “the Plaintiff continued to act against his student status, such as finding F during his inorganic life period, and it is impossible to find that the Plaintiff’s outline was unknown.”
3) Defendant B held a graduate school committee on November 29, 201 to review the Plaintiff’s expulsion from school on February 1, 201, but decided that the expulsion from school was appropriate and effective on February 1, 2010. C. The following school regulations, etc. on July 11, 2002, including Defendant B’s school regulations, and school regulations on expulsion from school on February 1, 2010, are as follows.
