2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff holds a claim amounting to KRW 505,698,642 against C.

B. On January 22, 2018, the Plaintiff received a seizure and collection order (the Jeju District Court 2018TT2024) regarding the claim for the settlement amount of KRW 505,698,642, which C holds against the Defendant, and the said claim was served on the Defendant on January 25, 2018.

C. The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff, upon receipt of the above order of seizure and collection, the settlement amount of KRW 505,698,642 and the delay damages.

2. It is not sufficient to recognize that C has a claim for the settlement of accounts of KRW 505,698,642 against the Defendant solely with the descriptions of Gap 1, Eul 2-1, Eul 2, Eul 3-1 through 5, Gap 4, Gap 5, and Eul 6, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
