The Defendant was in charge of the education of victims G (Min, 13 years old) who are female juveniles (Min, 13 years old) who became aware of through the training of the above church as a pre-trustee in charge of the student department of the “F church” in Suwon-si E.

The Defendant used the above position of a private person before a church, thereby intentionally approaching the victim’s sexual desire to meet the sexual desire through the victim’s sexual intercourse. In particular, the Defendant continued to have a victim who did not want to have a sexual intercourse with his/her family life and school life, and did not want to have any other relationship with his/her parents because he/she did not want to have any other relationship with his/her parents, and she believed and trusted the Defendant’s horses for the purpose of franchising, and the Defendant knew that he/she is a parent, a child, and the victim is a juvenile under the age of 13, and thus, he/she knew that he/she cannot have a normal relationship with the victim, but he/she intentionally accessed the victim, and used the above trust to the effect that “a sexual relationship should have been achieved regardless of his/her age.”

The Defendant has pressured the victim to the effect that the victim would be able to take up his or her human relations with him or her every time the victim's refusal response with respect to gender relations is seen as having sexual intercourse with him or her.
