A. The Plaintiff is a person who runs a remote area and flooring wholesale retail business with the trade name “D” in Gangnam-gu Seoul and 103, and around February 2015, the Plaintiff received a subcontract from Nonparty E, the Defendant’s Dong-in, for the 10,850,000 won of the construction cost of the Do and flooring materials in Seongbuk-gu Seoul F apartment house, and completed the said construction work on March 30, 2015.

B. During that period, the Plaintiff was between the Defendant and E on July 9, 2015, and the above A.

Upon completion of the construction of each construction site including the port construction (hereinafter “instant construction”), a contract was entered into in accord with the content that the ownership of 103 dong 101 (hereinafter “instant building”) of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ground Building (hereinafter “instant building”) is to be transferred at KRW 60,00,000 in order to pay the construction cost.

C. The Plaintiff completed the instant construction on or around September 25, 2015.
