A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
At around November 16:35, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the victim’s residence located in Gyeongnam-gun C around 16:35, when the noise from which the pet dog kid by the neighboring victim B was exposed, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the gap of the victim’s house in the victim’s residence; and (c) obstructed the victim’s residence by pushing the pet dog with the pet dog that was not corrected and satisfed; and (d) invaded the victim’s house.
