1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 435,216,918 and the amount of KRW 102,686,449 from January 3, 2019 to the date of full payment.

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the day on which a copy of the complaint was served. However, since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended and enforced from June 1, 2019, the above statutory interest rate was 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds the rate of 13.5% per annum, is dismissed.
