On July 7, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of aiding and abetting fraud in Young-gu Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on July 7, 2020, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2020.

Criminal facts

On April 2, 2020, the Defendant received a proposal to the effect that he would pay a daily allowance to a person who assumes a claims collection agency's staff member when he/she performs his/her duties of receiving money. On April 8, 2020, the Defendant started work from April 8, 2020. The Defendant returned to the country as his/her identity and body is unclear, and the Defendant returned to the country as his/her name and address, contact place, cash amount to be collected, account number to be received from cash, account number to be used at the time of receiving the passbook, resident registration number, etc., and thus, he/she sufficiently recognized the fact that he/she helps a person to commit fraud of the telephone financial fraud (hereinafter referred to as "mailing") organization, as he/she returns to the country.

Nevertheless, on April 8, 2020, while the defendant continued to engage in the above fee-raising business, the defendant called the victim B by phoneing to the non-scam organization of Boscam organization related to the above non-scam victim B, with the purport that "in order to provide a loan at low interest, the defendant must pay the existing debt, and if he fully pays 6 million won, he can provide a guarantee in advance, and he will deliver 6 million won in cash to him, and he will send 6 million won in the form of deposit." The defendant sent 6 million won in the form of the defendant's name unscambling cash to the victim after receiving c through the delivery of 6 million won in the form of the defendant's name unscambling box, and then the second victim's phone calls to the victim B, and thus, he must receive 7 million won in the form of deposit, and deliver 7 million won in cash to the person."
