1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 132,753,460 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.
1. Facts of cause of the claim;
A. The Plaintiff supplied lighting, etc. to the Defendant from November 2, 2016 to November 25, 2016 is 89,98,260 won.
B. In addition, on December 10, 2015, the Plaintiff awarded a contract to the Defendant for the construction of a new factory A in Busan District (hereinafter “instant construction”) at KRW 1,078,00,000 for the construction cost. However, the Plaintiff paid KRW 66,167,200 for the total subcontract cost ( KRW 30,800,000 ( KRW 20,900,000, KRW C14,467,200) that the Defendant did not pay to the subcontractor. The Plaintiff paid the Defendant for the construction cost of the instant construction, set off only KRW 23,412,00 among KRW 66,167,20,00 for the payment of the construction cost of the instant construction cost.
