If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in Seoul Southern District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive around November 25, 2016.

When the defendant opens a mobile phone while running the mobile phone business, he/she used the victim's identification card, the account number of passbooks, and the mobile phone number to open several cell phones in the name of the victims to receive fees.

1. From December 16, 2014 to June 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered “E”, “F”, “F”, “F”, “Post Office, H, and Deposit Shares E” in D agencies located in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do, without authority, in the name column of customer information; and (b) made an application for the opening of a cell phone in the name of the victim, including the victim E, and exercised the same as if the application was duly filed by each of the mobile phone employees, such as SK, while applying for the opening of a cell phone in the name column of address column; and (c) signed by the post office, H, and deposit holders E, respectively, by using the personal information of the victim E, etc. from December 16, 2014 to June 1, 2015.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a request for joining a private document, which is a private document, in the name of the victims, and exercised it respectively.

2. On June 9, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim I by phoneing the victim I at an unsound place, stating that “The Defendant would make a payment to the victim of the new mobile phone opening with SK Telecommunication for three months on the face of each week, using the current mobile phone opening with SK Communications, and to the new SK Communications Fee.”

However, even if the defendant opens a mobile phone in the name of the victim, he/she shall pay the mobile phone price and the telecommunications fee on behalf of the victim.
