Although anyone should not cover or make it illegible the registration number plate of his/her motor vehicle, the defendant around October 30, 2014 attached a color scar on his/her ES5 motor vehicle front of the restaurant located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and parked the registration number plate so that it is difficult to identify the registration number plate.
