However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

While the Defendant joined C Co., Ltd. with nine floors in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, and carried out the elevator maintenance work, the Defendant left the office on August 31, 2018 due to incombustibility with its employees, and was able to raise the dissatisfactions, and caused the elevator damage to the elevator of the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gu, which entered into an elevator maintenance and management contract with the said company.

1. Around 14:00 on December 10, 2018, the Defendant entered the said apartment E-dong, and entered the said apartment E-dong through a joint entrance open for the purpose of destroying the said apartment elevator, and intrudes on the residence of the said apartment residents, the victim.

The Defendant causing property damage, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1), destroyed the elevator units owned by the above apartment residents in the way of compulsorily opening platform doors from the elevator platform of the above apartment E-dong 14th, and saving the elevator safety device, which is installed inside the platform, in the form of 90 degrees, to cover approximately KRW 265,000 for repair costs.

The Defendant interfered with the operation of the elevator safety devices at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), and destroyed the elevator safety devices by the method specified in paragraph (2), and prevented the operation of the said apartment elevator for about three hours from around 14:00 to around 17:00 on the same day, thereby interfering with the work of the head of the victim DNA apartment management office by force.
