Reasons

1. The plaintiff to be indicated in the claim is the transferee of the claim for indemnity finalized by the judgment of Seoul Western District Court 2009Da38424, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the purpose of interrupting extinctive prescription of the above claim.
