1. On November 15, 201, the Defendant driven a D vehicle without a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.067% from the 1km section from the roads near Seoul New Village to the roads near the 55-3 Western Seogu Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.067% from the 1km section.

2. When the Defendant, at the same time, was subject to the control of drinking driving from the driver E of the traffic safety center in the Southern-gu Police Station near the Seodaemun-gu Office, the Defendant: (a) notified him of the driver’s resident registration number (G) of F; and (b) notified him of the fact that he was subject to the suspension of license and could collect blood if he was aware that the above contents were identical to the fact; (c) but the blood collection would not be smooth if he was recognized as the result of the measurement; and (d) marked his own seal in the driver’s column of the driver’s report of the driver’s situation, stating that he was F.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the report on the status of the driver in F in the name of F for the purpose of exercising it.

3. The Defendant, at the same place, presented a false report on the driver’s situation in the name of the F, to the horse E, who is aware of the forgery, and exercised it.
