1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The following facts do not conflict between the parties or may be acknowledged by taking into account the following facts: Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 13, 14, Eul evidence Nos. 1-2 through 6, 13, 15, 16, and 26 through 32, the witness E’s testimony, the witness E’s testimony, the court’s entrustment of the examination of medical records to the director of the Central University Hospital in this Court, and the results of the physical examination to the director of the Busan University Hospital and the purport of the entire pleadings:
Plaintiff
A is a person who was diagnosed by brain ties at the East Asian University Hospital established and operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and received the following surgery and treatment, and the Plaintiff B is the wife of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff C and D are the children of the Plaintiff.
B. 1) The Plaintiff’s surgery and progress in the Defendant Hospital was diagnosed as “non-surgical chronological chronology [Ant. temporal, Rt.] of Non-surgical chronological chronology (Ant. tempor, R.) at the Defendant Hospital on January 19, 2010 after being hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital from May 0 to 13:15 of the following day, and after being hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital, from 08:5 to 13:15 of the following day, the Plaintiff Company A was diagnosed as brain durgical and cerebral chronsis (C/O & cliping An; hereinafter “instant surgery”).
(2) On January 20, 2010, Plaintiff A transferred to the recovery room on or around 13:25, 2010. At the time, Plaintiff A’s reflective capacity and food status were “it is possible to carry out 2 arms and legs voluntarily or voluntarily” and “sturgy,” which correspond to one of the respective points of “the recovery point check after anesthesia”. At around 13:00, Plaintiff A was in a state of “order or voluntary 4 arms-bridge movement” and “the recovery point after anesthesia” and “the recovery point after anesthesia,” which correspond to two points of “the recovery point after anesthesia” and “the recovery after completion.”
3) On January 20, 2010, when the awareness of around 13:50 on January 20, 201, which was again transferred from the recovery room to the middle patient room, the Plaintiff A may divide the level of dowsy awareness into five stages - rowsy/lethary) - mixed water (soricoma) - mixed water (coma).
