1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiff:

A. Of the 1,705 square meters per 1,705 square meters per Gyeonggi-gun D, an indication 1 through 7, 18, and 18.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an owner of 1,705 square meters prior to Gyeonggi-gun D. The Defendants are co-owners (the Defendants’ co-owners’ co-ownership shares 1/2) of E large scale 903 square meters and 182.8 square meters for accommodation facilities of reinforced concrete tanks and their ground-based reinforced concrete tanks, land 182.8 square meters (house), 137.35 square meters for each floor (inn), 120.5 square meters (inn), 120.5 square meters for two stories (inn), 3 stories (inn.e., 120.5 square meters) (hereinafter “Fel”).

The land above D and the land above E are adjacent as shown in the attached Form 2.

The Defendants occupy and use part of “bb” part of “B” portion on the ship connected in order to each point of Annex 1 through 7, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, and 1 of the attached drawing among the above D land, as part of the Furher parking lot site.

B. The area of the above E’s land was originally 2,200 square meters, but the said D’s land was divided on June 15, 1999 and became 495 square meters according to Naom (=2,200 square meters - 1,705 square meters). ② On September 9, 2009, the said land became 90 square meters as it was combined with 408 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

C. The above E-land and FMoel were originally owned by the Plaintiff (the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 26, 1996 in the Plaintiff’s name on December 24, 1996, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s name on June 26, 1999 in case of Fmour). ① The registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 25, 1999 in the name of H on November 25, 199, under the name of H on November 25, 199; ② the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against I for a claim for land transfer under the name of Fmomour as the Government District Court 2016No106834.

On June 16, 2011, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed due to the sale as of June 16, 201, and ③ on June 29, 2016, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed due to the sale as of June 7, 2016 under the name of the Defendants.

From June 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, the rent in the part above is 218,600 per month and the subsequent rent is also ratified as the same amount.
