Purport of claim and appeal

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, which cited the case, is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the part which is dismissed or added as described in paragraph (2) below, and thus, citing it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of
2.No. 6 of Part 6 that is removed or added, “No. 13 through 16” shall be added following the 6th page “B 1 to 9.”
6. The evidence submitted by the plaintiff in the 8th sentence shall be added "the testimony of the witness of the trial and the witness of the trial."
Following the 7th page 12, “(the plaintiffs claim that the contract in this case is a conditional gift contract under which the contract is suspended if the defendant school foundation C fails to fulfill the conditions agreed upon under the contract. After the 8th chapter 7, "the defendant school foundation C first paid the operating expenses of KRW 1,676,790,875 for the operation of the research institute of this case from 2014 to 2017.
